Expenditure

 

As part of the Transparency Code the Parish Council are required to publish certain information online on an ongoing basis and annually.

From 1 July 2015 and not less than annually the Parish Council should publish the following:-

All transactions/items of expenditure above £100 (where possible which confirms the date that the expenditure was incurred, a summary of the purpose of the expenditure, the amount and the VAT that cannot be recovered.  These details can be found in the minutes of the monthly Parish Council meetings.

End of year accounts - this information is detailed in the Annual Return

Annual governance statement - this information is detailed in the Annual Return

Internal audit report - this information is detailed in the Annual Return

List of councillor responsibilities - please see the Councillors page for this information.  Information required includes the name of the councillor, committee and function of each councillor and representation on external local public bodies of each councillor.

The details of public land and building assets - details that need to be published are a description, location, owner/custodian, date of acquisition, cost of acquisition and present use.
